2 Sique blog is now starting...

Not sure where this will go or if anyone will try and read this so I am going to use this to write down where I am at in my process and maybe see what happens in the background

In getting ready for the big push to try and get a bit more official I had decided to go through a re-branding. My former Name was KUB3. While I thought nifty, it was also nifty for the thousands of people with very similar derivatives making it so bad I could not find myself. So I stopped for a while to figure that process out.

had to go to Tune core and officially pull all 3 releases. from all the stores. Once that was done I was able to correct some bad recordings. I went through every song and listened for malfunctions

then off to mastering again. If every thing was well I kept a staging area for what was ready to go.

Sometimes I use bandlab.com for mastering but sometimes I like to master the song myself. I have audacity and did a free online tutorial for how to use the software.

TIP#1 Learn what all the meanings of the musical terms are. I thought I knew , I didn't. This is very important to understand the terms because most videos won't make sense until you do and you will be even more confused.

So I updated audacity and noticed new features. There is now a link to audio.com for your music , I like that I can now hear it directly from the web and can friends also listen to help with the cleaning everything up..

So I do the littlest BIGGEST changes focusing on the minor inconveniences.

then upload

register with BMI

upload to Tunecore

and wait for them to get accepted. Then work on your social media presence.

That is what I will be doing soon since I have my new name, style, and working on the branding.
